Middlefork

Well, the decision has been made.  I am naming my new line "Middlefork".  It is re-purposed restaurant ware that I have made funky yet nostalgic by combining my own drawings with text from my grandmother's letters from the 1940's.  I then apply this to the dinnerware and re-fire.

These will be at First Friday, June 5th.  This will be my last First Friday Open Studio at Railroad Square.  I am finishing up my year-long residency at 621 Gallery and will be working from home starting in August.  Thanks so much to everyone at 621 for a fantastic year of work!  Especially Denise Drury our Executive Director who works so hard.

Oh my goodness...I want a set of these plates so badly. Dang. I'll be in Tally in a couple of weeks...I'll let you know...I'm sure we can work something out. :)
